A Journey of Flavors
Valle Andino coffee is not just a beverage; it is an invitation to a sensory journey. Each cup tells a story: the aroma of the wild flowers of Podocarpus, the fruity sweetness of the coffee plantations of Los Yarazos and the dedication of the expert hands that made this experience possible.
With a deep commitment to sustainability and the development of the coffee growing community, Valle Andino not only offers coffee of extraordinary quality, but also the guarantee that behind each bean there is a joint effort to preserve the natural and cultural richness of our land.
Valle Andino: an adventure of flavors, a legacy of excellence, and a tribute to the lands of Loja and Zamora.

A Journey of Flavors
In the magical lands of Loja, where the gentle winds and altitude generate a perfect environment for coffee, Valle Andino was born, a company dedicated to capturing the essence of this region in every cup. With a clear mission: to bring an unforgettable experience to the palate of our clients, Valle Andino has perfected the art of coffee processing from the cherry to the roasted bean.
Valle Andino's operations begin in the most privileged farms in the region. Cajanuma, next to the majestic Podocarpus National Park, stands as a haven for the cultivation of exceptional varieties, where the microclimate and rich soil create a coffee of unique character. In Los Yarazos, our farm in the Campanas de Zamora sector, the jungle landscapes and biodiversity of the Amazon region add a distinctive touch to each bean.
But Valle Andino does not limit itself to its own farms. The company works hand in hand with producers throughout Loja and Zamora, sharing knowledge and technology to guarantee that each batch of green or roasted coffee maintains the highest quality standards.
The Magic of The Process
The coffee process at Valle Andino is a mixture of science, tradition and passion.

Selective Harvesting
It all begins with a selective harvest, where only the ripest cherries are picked.

Controlled Fermentation
These undergo controlled fermentation processes, designed to bring out the unique notes of each variety.

Drying Stages
Subsequently, the berries are taken through careful drying stages, either in canopies in the sun or by artificial methods that preserve their integrity.

Optimal Storage
The final touch comes with storage in optimal conditions, ensuring that each batch retains its freshness and quality until roasting.
In our roasting process, the beans are transformed into authentic jewels, ready to bring an explosion of flavors to the palate of those who taste them.
